Patterson Park Wellness is a collective of healthcare practitioners seeking to re-conceptualize the health and wellness of our community. We aim to inspire and empower our community members to take control of their own health and well-being while also working towards building a stronger and healthier neighborhood.

At Patterson Park Wellness we provide a safe and nurturing environment for anyone in need of healing and rejuvenation.   We celebrate and honor the diversity of our community and provide affirming care to individuals of all sizes, ages, races, ethnicities, genders, abilities, and sexual orientations. We also welcome opportunities for collaboration with other local healthcare practitioners and community members interested in elevating our community.

Our current offerings include: massage therapy, nutrition counseling, weekly meditation classes, infant massage courses, and other specialized educational programming.

Meet Our Team

Casey Hill, LMT

Founder and Massage Therapist

As a Massage Therapist, Casey bridges the gap between eastern and western therapeutic practices. He is always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into his practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good therapist. Currently, he offers traditional massage (Swedish and deep tissue), prenatal massage, postpartum massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and postoperative massage. 

​

His clinical interests involve working with clients experiencing chronic pain as well as those in postoperative recovery. 

​

He holds degrees from the University of Miami and Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he holds a License in Massage Therapy in the State of Maryland.

He looks forward to supporting you on your journey to health, wellness, and recovery!

Alexa Bedingfield, M.S.

Licensed Nutritionist

Alexa is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN). She has great enthusiasm for helping people address their health concerns in a holistic way. In addition to nutrition counseling, she works with her patients to address stress, improve sleep, and increase physical activity levels. She combines evidence-based nutrition therapy with mindful eating strategies to help her patients improve their health, nourish their bodies, and cultivate a more positive, joyful relationship with food.  Additionally, Alexa has undergone continued education in the areas of hormonal, digestive, cardiovascular, and mental health.

Alexa holds degrees from Penn State University and the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
